• Account access, sign-in, or password issues
• Restoring or managing your SoberUp Pro subscription
• Deleting your account or exporting your data
• Bug reports, crashes, or unexpected behavior
• Feature ideas and general feedback

SoberUp Pro is billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel your subscription, open App Store subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

SoberUp support cannot help in an emergency or medical crisis. If you or someone you know is in danger, in the US call or text 988, or call 911. See our Health Disclaimer for more resources.
